Foreign affairs CS Alfred Mutua on Thursday met with Finland’s Minister for Economic Affairs Mika Lintila.
Mutua said they deliberated on improving and enhancing commercial relations between Kenya and Finland.
The CS noted Finland’s business engagements in Kenya and pointed out that Kenya was open to more Investments from Finland.
Mutua appealed for more commercial engagements in the areas of ICT, technology cooperation, environment, circular economy and renewable energy.
Lintila welcomed Mutua’s invitations to increase trade between the two countries.
"This will enhance and contribute to the deep relations between Kenya and Finland," he said.
