The President is also expected to hold bilateral talks with the Tshisekedi.
"It will be followed by a session that will bring together delegations from the two countries," a statement from the office of the Congolese President-Palace de la nation reads.
"President Ruto is working to bring the DRC and Kenya closer together and has pledged to support the pacification of eastern DRC."
The visit by the President comes when Kenya has sent a contingent of KDF troops to the war-torn state to help in the peace process.
