• Ruto warned them of a huge workload in a bid to transform the country's economy.
President William Ruto on Thursday led the swearing in of the cabinet at the State House.
All 22 Cabinet Secretaries, the Attorney General and the Secretary to the Cabinet took their oath of office.
Ruto reminded them of the huge workload on their hands as they seek to transform the country's economy.
He further urged them to serve Kenyans honourably, as he quoted the scriptures.
The President quoted James 4:17:
“He who knows what is right and does not do who is expected of him or her should know that it is a sin. I have told you what is right, if you do not do it you will not only miss heaven but have problem with me,” he said.
The leaders were accompanied by their families to the ceremony.
