The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission on Wednesday presented election Forms at the Supreme Court.

The Commission filed Forms 34As, 34Bs and 34C ahead of the start of the hearing of the presidential election on August 30, 2022.

On Monday, nine petitions were filed at the Supreme Court.

The IEBC is listed as a respondent in eight of the petitions.

Raila Odinga's Azimio and seven of the petitioners want the presidential election results overturned on basis of rigging and mistmatch.

The petitions will be heard by Supreme Court's seven-judge bench.

They are Chief Justice Martha Koome, deputy CJ Philomena Mwilu and justices Ibrahim Mohammed, Njoki Ndung'u, Smokin Wanjala, William Ouko and Isaac Lenaola.

The Court will deliver its verdict on September 5, 2022, fourteen days since the day the petition was filed.
