Verification of election results is on the final stretch, with more than 80 per cent done.

Clerks were also finalising reports at Kasarani tallying centre.

The IEBC has so far received presidential results forms from 44,768 out of 46,229 polling stations across the country, chairman Wafula Chebukati announced.
