Jubilee Party on Monday, February 23, held a high profile meeting in Othaya Nyeri County, aimed at reviving the party.
The meeting was hosted by various delegates allied to President Uhuru Kenyatta led by Kieni MP Kanini Kega and other allies from the region.
This comes after the Jubilee party launched a rebrand of the party after the National Delegates Conference (NDC) held on Saturday at KICC in Nairobi County.
The Jubilee party is keen on gaining support across the Mt Kenya region after claiming that the region is slanting towards the DP's camp.
The party and its leaders are mobilizing residents to join its movement.
Deputy President William Ruto was kicked out on Saturday as the Jubilee deputy party leader.
'We have delivered on our mandate, if you thought silence was cowardice then you are mistaken, we are here to talk now,' Uhuru said.
