In attendance was NCIC chairman Samuel Kobia, Youth Affairs PS Charles Sunkuli and Interior PS Karanja Kibicho.

During the event, Kibicho called upon stakeholders to self regulate in order to successfully cease irresponsible behaviour of reckless boda boda operators.
