Sirisia politician Moses Nandalwe has launched his campaigns to oust incumbent MP John Waluke in the August 9, polls.

Addressing residents at Mayuba stadium during the launch on Saturday, Nandalwe said he is determined to win the seat in the forthcoming elections.

He noted that Waluke's move to join the Jubilee party won't scare him from being the most formidable Azimio La Umoja candidate.

He urged Waluke not to play chaotic politics but instead tell residents what he will do for them if he retains his seat.

"I have been trounced by my MP John Waluke on several occasions but this time, I want to assure you that I will defeat him," Nandalwe said.

He added that through his Nandalwe Foundation, he has been able to support many poor but needy students to access education.

He pledged to continue with the same effort if elected into office.

Sirisia's constituency seat has attracted five aspirants who are determined to oust Waluke.

Those who have declared interest include Moses Waliaula, Kasembeli Nasiuma and Malaba Keya.

Nandalwe vied for the seat in 2013 and 2017 but lost to Waluke.

The ODM aspirant also drummed up support for Bungoma governor Wycliffe Wangamati saying the incumbent has delivered and deserves another chance.
