Man charged with defiling teenage daughter

The class seven girl was sexually assaulted last week

A 38-year-old man has denied defiling his class seven daughter.

C.O. (name withheld to protect the victim) was on Tuesday accused of having  sex with his 17-year-old daughter on September 18 in Rangwe constituency.

Homa Bay principal magistrate Ruth Maloba released him on a Sh100,000 bond. 

He could not raise the bond and was remanded in Homa Bay prison. The case will be heard on October 22.

Another man was arraigned for defiling a 13-year-old girl.

The court was told that Lameck Nyangara defiled the minor on September 19 at Kamumbo village also in Rangwe constituency.

Maloba released him on a bond of Sh100,000. The case will also be heard on October 22.
