Four siblings died on Sunday after eating poisonous cassava in Uhuru village, Siaya county. They are Vivian Juliet, 15, Steven Otieno, 13, Christine Faith, 11, and eight-yea-old Calvin Otieno.Their mother Peninah Ouma survived together with her third-born Roselyn Flavia. Ouma said Otieno was the first child to succumb to the poison.
