Residents of Dagoreti, Kilimani, Lavington, and Kileleshwa are set to enjoy smoother rides as major roads in the neighborhoods undergo rehabilitation.
The projects include work on Argwings Kodhek Road, where mobilization is complete and drainage improvements are ongoing.

In Kilimani, Ndemi Road, Rose Avenue, and Cemetery Road,
totaling 2.2 kilometers, are scheduled for resurfacing and drainage repair.
In Lavington and Kileleshwa, works on Jacaranda Avenue, Ivengara Road, Karandini Road, and Hatheru Road have already begun, with 5 percent progress recorded.

The Dagoreti area roads, including Mama Wahu Road and PC
Kinyanjui Access, are also under reconstruction, while Garden Estate Road in
Roysambu has hit 25 percent progress, one of the fastest-moving projects in the
city.
Governor Sakaja says the facelift will restore Nairobi’s leafy suburbs, improve mobility, and cut maintenance costs for residents.

Roads in Parklands, Kabete, and Zimmerman have been added to
Nairobi’s upgrade list, while Eastern Nairobi is witnessing the construction of
the Sh204 million Mihango Bypass and adjoining estate roads
