Detectives have arrested six suspects in connection to spates of killings reported in Nakuru.
The five suspects were arrested after the main suspect revealed his accomplices.
Evans Michori Kebwaro was arrested in Keroka Kisii County, where he had fled to.
"Kibwaro was ferried back to Nakuru immediately after the arrest and had shared vital information with the detectives," Nakuru County Criminal Investigations Officer (CCIO) Anthony Sunguti said
Kibwaro identified his accomplices after being arrested.
The five are: Julius Otieno, 27, Josphat Simiyu, 24, Dennis Nmbolo 25, Isaac Kinyanjui, 18 and Makhoha Wanjala, 25, were found in a house they had rented.
The criminal gang has been attacking women and girls in their homes where they rape and kill the by strangulation before burning their bodies.
