They want the electoral agency to investigate the issue and take action.
They claimed police had teamed up with their main opponents from ODM and UDA to harass them.
Three of their supporters were arrested and taken to a local court for playing loud music at night.
They were charged with causing a disturbance and freed on Sh1,000 each.
The magistrate A. Opondo summoned the police commander for Buruburu to explain claims the suspects were assaulted by police.
The leaders led by Jubilee candidate in Makadara constituency Mark Ndungu termed the developments as unfortunate.
Ndungu said police had harassed his supporters in the area on Monday night as they conducted door-to-door campaigns.
He added police refused to take their statements when they went to report.
“The Officer Commanding Station of Buruburu is aware of all the harassment drama and is part of it,” he said.
Police denied the claims and asked Ndungu to focus on his campaigns peacefully.
“It is not true. Let him focus on his campaigns please,” said the area OCPD Kamau Ngugi.
He said he is focused on the campaigns and is sure of victory.
“We are popular on the ground and sure of a win. This issue is being pushed by people who know nothing but out to settle some scores using police,” said Ndungu.
He said he will soldier on to the end and urged his supporters to vote for Raila Odinga in the elections.
