The nane nane march is gradually gaining momentum in the Nairobi Central Business District.
Demonstrators have been seen in groups, unlike the morning hours when there were no crowds.
Led by Haki Africa Executive Director Hussein Khalid, the protesters have been chanting anti-government slogans.
On the other hand, police have been firing teargas at protesters in a bid to disperse the crowds.

This is the second month since the youth protests began.
