New Holland has appointed Inchcape Kenya as its official distributor in the country, a move set to strengthen the agricultural sector by enhancing access to mechanized farming solutions. The partnership will take effect from August 1, 2025.
This strategic collaboration is aimed at delivering a comprehensive range of high-performance agricultural machinery and services to Kenyan farmers.
Inchcape will provide sales, spare parts, and after-sales support for New Holland's product line, including TT Series tractors known for fuel efficiency, TD Straddle tractors suitable for versatile applications, the robust TS6 and 10S Series, high-horsepower machines, and the TC Series combine harvesters designed for mixed and small-scale farmers.
Agriculture remains a cornerstone of Kenya’s economy, serving as the primary source of income for rural households and a significant contributor to the country's foreign exchange earnings.
With this new partnership, New Holland and Inchcape aim to improve productivity and promote sustainable agricultural growth in the region.
“We are confident that with Inchcape, we have the perfect partner to support our farmers to a new level in Kenya,” said Özkan Eren, New Holland Business Director for the Middle East and Africa.
“Our long-standing commitment to agriculture in Kenya continues, and we want to maintain New Holland as the number one brand in the country. With this new partnership our ties to Kenya become even stronger. We look forward to supporting Inchcape, our new partner, in their growth, confident they will offer the best products and service to our customers in the territory”
Inchcape’s appointment in Kenya builds on a more than 40-year partnership with New Holland in Ethiopia.
Francis Agbonlahor, Managing Director of Inchcape Africa, emphasized the significance of expanding into Kenya: “This appointment is a testament to the trust that New Holland has placed in Inchcape. It aligns with our African growth strategy and our mission to deliver innovative and reliable farming solutions that empower local farmers.”
The new partnership marks a significant step forward in modernizing Kenya’s agricultural sector and reflects New Holland’s renewed commitment to supporting local farming communities with cutting-edge equipment and dedicated service.
