KCB coach Curtis Olago believes they have what it takes to romp into the Enterprise Cup final against Quins on Saturday.

The bankers, who have won the competition five times,  face the Ngong Road outfit at the Lion's Den in Ruaraka and the veteran tactician feels despite being out of action for a month, his boys will be relishing the challenge.

"Some of our boys took part in the Rugby Super Series while others have been intensifying their training to be ready for this event. We urge our fans to rally behind the team on Saturday,” added Olago

The Thika Road outfit trounced the Catholic University of East Africa (CUEA) 70-3 in the pre-quarterfinals and saw off Northern Suburbs 65-7 in the quarters.

The competition then took a brief break to pave the way for the Rugby Super Series that came to an end last week at the RFUEA Grounds.

Olago will rely on the likes of Bob Muhati, Levy Amunga, Brian Wahinya,  youthful Emmanuel Opondo and Michael Wamalwa to propel the team to another final and a chance to win the sixth Enterprise Cup crown.

Olago's charges lost to Kabras 29-5 in the Kenya Cup final last month in Kakamega and hope the team can clinch this title to reward the fans who have been pushing the team throughout.

"A trophy will inject a massive confidence boost into the squad as we prepare for the beginning of the National Sevens Circuit expected to kick off in July,” said Olago.

The Kenya 15's assistant coach believes they have sufficient depth in the squad despite missing the likes of Kenya Sevens co-captain Vincent Onyala and playmaker Samuel Asati, who are on duty with the Shujaa for the World Sevens Series promotion playoff in Madrid.

"We have a big squad to choose from and I believe those available can guide us to victory,” added Olago.  KCB won the Enterprise Cup in 2004, 2007, 2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/17
