Shujaa started brilliantly dominating possession and the breakdown pinning the Germans in their own half and were rewarded with two first-half tries by Jeff Oluoch and Alvin Otieno for a 19-0 lead at the interval.
On resumption, the Germans came out firing on all cylinders with Carlos Mertrz scoring a try and converting and reducing the margin to 19-7.
Otieno who has been in sensational form throughout the series scored a scorcher of the fourth try bumping off two defenders to land Kenya's fourth try which was converted by Levi Amunga for a 24-7lead
The Europeans came storming back with two unconverted tries through Tim Lichtenberg and Phil Scenzey but their efforts fell short as Kenya held on for the victory.
