The Football Association will take no further action against Raheem Sterling after reviewing footage of the first Chelsea goal celebration in the match against Tottenham on Monday.

It was alleged that Sterling threw an object into the crowd.

The forward is free to face former club Manchester City on Sunday at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues won the chaotic game against their London rivals 4-1 in which Spurs had two players sent off.

The 28-year-old, who has 82 caps and 20 goals for England, was left out of the international squad by Gareth Southgate for a fifth successive time on Thursday.
