City Stars pip Bandari to go third

A quick succession of goals in the first half were all Nairobi City Stars needed to beat Bandari 2-1 at Ruaraka Grounds on Saturday.

Timothy Ouma put the hosts ahead in the 15th minute before Ezekiel Odera doubled the advantage five minutes later.

Ouma's rasping effort from a free kick caught Michael Wanyika napping in goal for the opener.

Five minutes later, Odera came on the end of Davies Egesa's enticing pass in the area to stab the ball into the net.
