Record champions Kenyan representatives Gor Mahia kicked off their Caf Confederations playoffs first leg tie on a low note after falling 1-0 to Congolese side AS Otoho d’Oyo of Congo at the Stade Alphonse Massamba-Debat in Brazzaville on Sunday.

Gor held on to the competition until in the 65th minute when the hosts broke the deadlock to grab an advantage heading into the return leg tie slated for December 5 at Nyayo Stadium in Nairobi.
