University of Nairobi 'Dynamites' exploded on Eldonets 60-48 in over time in a Kenya National Basketball League (KNBL) women's tie at Nyayo National Stadium gymnasium.

The campus girls' had an edge in a closely fought first half, leading 14-12 and 10-8. However, they were down after the break before pulling away 15-3 in the extra five minutes to win.

Strathmore University Swords cut Africa Nazarene University (ANU) Panthers 65-53, building on a 31-27 half-time lead. Sharon Ogaji led the winners with 15 points with Joy Muipalia posting 13 points .

Stella Nekesa contributed 13 points and Lynn Saliamo bagged another 10 for Mike Oluoch's charges.

In the lower division matches, Absa dimmed Shoot-4-Life 68-62, Blazers thumped Mustangs 82-62 while TH3 Swish pipped Strathmore University side 35-34.
