Team Nameless, Dynamite win Red Bull 3on3 basketball tourney

In Kenya, over 300 players turned out to compete in the month-long championship.

Team Nameless and Team Dynamite are this year’s men and women's Red Bull Half Court Basketball held on Sunday at the University of Nairobi grounds.

In the men's category Team Nameless beat Team Buccaneers 14-10 in the final and earn a ticket to represent Kenya at the global finals which will be held in Egypt in 2022.

They will also get the once-in-a-lifetime chance to meet the world’s best 3 on 3 basketballer, Dušan Bulut from Serbia.

In the ladies category, Team Dynamite thrashed Team Cheetahs 21-0.

Red Bull Half Court is the most global streetball tournament with over 15,000 participants from more than 20 nations taking part in 2021.

Fans and players were also involved in on-court challenges which included free-throw challenge, three-pointer challenge and skills challenge. The winners walked away with prizes including balls.

Fans were also treated to entertainment by artists such as Boutros and Kings Off The Street.
