The General Service Unit middle blocker Simon'Kosirai' Kipkorir will make a decision about his future soon with Switzerland and Tunisia the likely destinations.

The centre player has been central to the paramilitary side's success, including captaining the Gideon Tarus-coached side to three titles in the past.

He was instrumental again as GSU romped to the fifth straight gong on Sunday after brushing aside Kenya Ports Authority in the playoffs at Nyayo gymnasium.

"There are offers on the table for me. We will carefully assess them all before making the final decision," Kosirai revealed.

"The club in Tunisia wants me to play as an opposite attacker which won't be a problem for me because of my flexibility. It won't be just about a new challenge but I would love to play in a competitive league. We will consider everything."

In January, the high-flying athlete secured a move to Saudi Arabia's top-tier side, Al Ibtisam Volleyball Club to join the GSU duo of setter Brian Melly and opposite hitter Abiud Chirchir, who are also playing professionally.

Melly turned out for the Albanian side, Partizan Tirana while Chirchir who joined GSU in 2017 played for Grand Nancy of France before they returned to help the team achieve their latest success.

Recounting his time in Saudi Arabia, Kosirai said the experience was good as he took little time to adapt to the culture of the West Asia nation.

"They mostly use English and so the language barrier wasn't a hindrance for me. I also had to adjust to their food and diet."

Kosirai made his debut for the national team in 2017 in the African Cup of Nations, Cairo, Egypt.
