Newly-crowned English Premier League champions Leicester City have arrived in Bangkok for a celebratory tour.

Leicester City, who rose from likely relegation to league champions in just one season, are owned by Thai billionaire Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, who arranged their visit.

Players and staff were welcomed to Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi International Airport by cheering supporters.

They also held a parade in their home town on Monday.

Leicester won the league 10 points above nearest rivals Arsenal, and will contest next season's Champions League competition against the best clubs in Europe.

The Foxes marched to the most unlikely title in English football history thanks largely to the goals of Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez.

Leicester eventually won the league by a huge 10 points from nearest rivals Arsenal, having been 5000/1 to lift the trophy before a ball was kicked.

They will now look to defend their crown next season, but will first spend some time in Thailand, the home country of the club's owner.
