Samidoh Muchoki yesterday paid tribute to his parents as he celebrated his birthday.
The musician is currently in the US for a two-month tour.
He credited his parents for his journey to success.
He said his mother is his source of inspiration in all he does.
"To the woman that bore me, Miriam, everyday I see your prayers come to fruition. Thank you for giving me life and nurturing my talent at a tender age," he wrote.
"Daddy, thank you from the bottom of my heart. My foster mama Senator Betty M. Mum, you are my compass, always giving me direction when I veer off. Live Long!"
The father of many quoted a bible verse to show his fans that he has received abundant blessings.
Samidoh will return to Kenya just before Christmas.
