Rapper Nyashinski has described his music as a liberator of people's souls.
"I want to be an inspiration to artistes and others who look up to me," the 'Malaika' hitmaker said over the weekend, when he was being unveiled as Johnnie Walker's brand ambassador.
"I believe in creating music that liberates people and souls."
The brand's marketing and innovation director Anne-Joy Michira described the rapper as an authentic and credible artiste who embodies the spirit of progress.
"Over the years, Nyashinski has established himself as one of the personalities who have manifested this spirit of progress as he keeps working hard to be the best. His hard work and determination have paid off as he is arguably one of the best, if not the best, in the Kenyan music industry.”
