In an open letter to Diamond, his brother Romy Jons shared a photo of Diamond with Lava Lava.
Romy said he wished Diamond did not invest his money in the artistes and instead he pushed himself more.
"Although you wanted to build more talents, please, this is enough. Why don't you put your energy, money and brain in your other business instead of helping these musicians?"
Romy called out artistes who have dumped Wasafi, saying they have betrayed his brother Diamond.
"Those you helped have turned against you and they want to embarrass you," he said.
"Use that opportunity to build your brand and stop helping ungrateful artistes."
Romy said the greed for money is the reason some artistes disrespect Diamond after they quit the label.
Responding to the open letter, Diamond said he has learnt his lesson and that some artistes are not grateful.
"I now understand why artistes like Davido do not focus on the artistes they have signed," he said.
"I fully understand, however, it is also our responsibility to uplift young artistes."
Current reports indicate that Lava Lava, another Wasafi signee, is in the process of quitting the record label.
Lava Lava has not released any song lately.
The rumours of his exit first surfaced when it was announced he is on a mission to start a group identified as BiteGang, which will focus on nurturing young talent.
Wasafi has nurtured young talents including Harmonize, Rayvanny, Lava Lava, Queen Darleen, Mbosso and Zuchu.
However, the label has had its fallouts that led to artistes leaving, including Rich Mavoko, Harmonize and Rayvanny.
Rayvanny was charged TSh800 million (KSh40 million) to terminate his contract.
Diamond recently told DW Africa that signees quit his label because they fail to honour the contract regulations.
