Actress Brenda Wairimu caused a stir with KOT after she shared a quote by author Henry Charles Bukowski as her ex and his new catch trended online.

Rapper Juliani, Brenda's ex, and Lillian Nganga, Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua's ex-wife, were trending online at the weekend.

This is after social activist Boniface Mwangi posted photos of the two and captioned them:

"I'm here to offend those men who behave like their partners are personal assets.Assets are dead things, they have no feelings or emotions. Partners have flesh and blood, they can move on and you can do nothing about it. Money doesn't make a man, manners do.Pesa bila tabia ni sumu."

Brenda posted: "Are you becoming what you've always hated?" accompanied by three water drops.

The droplet emoji appeared in 2010, and is also known as the water drop emoji.

It signifies a state of unease or discomfort. It can mean 'I am confused and have no idea what this is all about!' or 'I'm sweating and exhausted!'

She has since deleted the post.

Juliani and Lillian have had to explain that the photos of them out on a date are in no way meant to make anyone feel bad.
