Real estate firm Optiven recently launched Amani Ridge, a fountain of peace in Kiambu, which showcases its use of renewable energy.

Amani Ridge is designed with awareness of the need for real estate players to adopt green utilities, green spaces and solar-enabled infrastructure, such as solar lights. It also has water recycling technology.

The development was opened by Optiven Group CEO George Waichiuri.
