Settled in Nairobi, Celeste de Vries is an artist who has spent a significant amount of time travelling and working around Africa.

In collaboration with Hudaco Kenya Limited and the Norwegian Embassy, she recently held an art exhibition titled 'Wild About Art' at the D1 Cafe along Spring Valley.

Although her passion is depicting wildlife and nature through sketches, paintings and oil pastels, Celeste also dabbles in various subject matter in numerous mediums. Her subjects are often depicted in great detail with emphasis on movement and light.
