More than a 100 fans, cast and crew gathered to watch the final episodes of the thrilling comedy/drama 'Janjaruka' at the Goethe Institute in Nairobi on Tuesday.
Series director Agnes Nyagari said, "It is refreshing to see a local show, based in Nairobi with strong local talent, speaking a mixture of Kiswahili and Sheng, and an exciting storyline and great acting."
Christine Wanjiru, one of the viewers, termed it, "One of the best creative Kenyan series I have ever watched from the intro to the outro."
Every episode is now up on the Janjaruka Series YouTube channel, giving fans fitting entertainment for the holidays.
The producers announced they are planning a second season.
