The French Embassy celebrated its National Day in a colourful event last Friday. 

Known as Bastille Day, it is the turning point of the French Revolution, as well as the Fête de la Fédération, which celebrates the unity of the French people on July 14, 1790. Celebrations are held throughout France.

The event happened at the Embassy of France at Peponi Road, Nairobi.
