Macaroni is one of the quickest dishes you can make after a long day of work or school.
It is mostly prepared by boiling it for at least 5 minutes. However, the addition of vegetables when frying macaroni gives it a scrumptious taste.
Macaroni is preferred as it offers a similar taste to pasta but mostly due to the ability to mix well with cheese and sauces.
Ingredients
1 packet Macaroni (250 gm)
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green pepper
2 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chilli powder
2 onions
Salt
Step 1
Boil water and add macaroni to the water and let it boil for 5 minutes till tender. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to add taste.
Step 2
Heat a pan on medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter add onions and fry till brown.
Add the chopped vegetables,1 yellow bell pepper,1 green pepper and fry them for a crispy taste.
Step 3
Add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and chilli powder and stir well with the vegetables for a thick soup.
Add the boiled macaroni to the soup and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy with a sauce of your choice such as ketchup or you can add cheese for a stringy look and creamy taste.
