How to make spaghetti and minced meat

Spaghetti and minced meat is an easy dish to prepare.

The mixture of spaghetti and minced meat is also called bolognese which could have a mixture of vegetables too.

It's a dish that hails from Italian descent where many pasta dishes are created.

Bolognese could be made by even adding bacon and pasta rather than spaghetti.

However, you can still prepare these dishes separately for preference and to have a separate unique taste.

Ingredients:

1 packet of spaghetti(250 gm)

Tomato Paste (25 gm)

1 clove of garlic

1 tablespoon Paprika

1 tablespoon of Oregano

½ tablespoon of Black pepper

1 onion

3 tomatoes

½ kg of minced meat

Cooking oil

Salt

Step 1

Boil water for 7 minutes.

Pick out a few pieces of spaghetti, and break them into half. Add to the boiling water.

Let the spaghetti boil for another 4 minutes till soft and drain the water.

Step 2

Cut up the vegetables and set up a pan on medium heat. Add 4 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Step 3

Fry the onions till brown and add garlic then fry the minced meat in the onions while seasoning with the spices of 1 tablespoon Paprika, 1 tablespoon of Oregano and ½ tablespoon of black pepper.

Ensure to let the meat fry till brown for approximately 15 minutes.

Step 4

Blend the tomatoes to make a thick pulp and add to the fried minced meat stir well adding the tomato paste to make a thick broth.

Let it simmer till well cooked.

Step 5

Serve the spaghetti and minced meat while hot and enjoy.
