It is prepared by roasting in the oven just as the name suggests.

For a good oven-roasted potato meal, preparation is key.

Preparation can take roughly 15 minutes to ensure a tantalizing meal by letting the spices soak in. 

Ingredients

20 potatoes

3 tablespoons of Paprika

3 tablespoons of Black Pepper

A handful of Rosemary

Onion powder

7 crushed Bay leaves

Cooking oil

Salt

How to prepare it

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 245 degrees Celsius.

Step 2

Slice your potatoes into halves - you can choose to keep the peels for a crispier taste), add the cooking oil, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, bay leaves and make a paste to mix with the potatoes and coat the potatoes till the spices soak in.

Step 3

Prepare a thin foil paper on a baking pan and add 6 tablespoons of oil Place your potatoes evenly on the foil and place in the preheated oven.

Step 4

Roast the potatoes for 15 minutes while turning the potatoes on the sides for another 15 minutes till brown, add the rosemary to the final roasted potatoes.

Step 5

Serve the oven-roasted potatoes with a salad or sauce of your choice and enjoy.
