Granola is a snack in Kenya.
It consists of oats, sesame seeds and flavored with vanilla.
To make yummy granola you need the following ingredients

- Three cups of oats
- One cup of brown sugar
- One cup of wheat germ
- One cup of sesame seeds
- One cup of shredded coconut
- A cup of pecan pieces
- Vanilla essence
- Half a cup of water
- Three-quarters of olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients and stir to mix well.
Step 2
Pour the water on the dry ingredients and stir to mix well, then pour the olive oil and mix well.
Then add two teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Step 3
Then put it in a preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. When ready, stir it again for five minutes then decorate it with banana.
Step 4
Serve it on a plate and enjoy your granola.
