Loaded fries make the perfect party or comfort food. A delicious dish to be enjoyed by friends and family.

Here is the ultimate guide to finger-licking loaded fries.

Head over to your grocery of choice and choose the freshest potatoes alongside spring onions, tomatoes, and coriander.

Next head over to your favorite butcher and grab your protein of choice, for this recipe we will be using chicken breast.

Do not forget salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, green chili(optional), and your cheese of choice.

Peel your potatoes and soak them in salt water for 5 minutes then rinse the potato slices in cold water to remove excess starch. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.

Add the fries to the oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through but still pale in color.

Remove the fries from the oil with a slotted spoon or wire mesh basket, and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Increase the heat of the oil and add the partially cooked fries back, in batches, and fry for another 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Grab your chicken breast and preheat your grill pan to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil or vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Brush the mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts and place the chicken breasts on the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side.

Once the chicken has achieved a golden brown color and it exhibits grill marks, remove it and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Once it has rested chop it into strips.

Plate your fries and graciously add your chopped chicken breast. Follow that by carefully placing your melted cheese on top. Next, add your diced tomatoes on top followed by some fresh spring onions.

Lastly, add more cheese and top it with fresh coriander and green chilies for a kick of heat.

Finally, dig in with friends and family and enjoy the meatiness, crunchiness, and spicy flavors of this dish, which will leave reminiscing about its delectable taste.
