There are arrays of different healthy snacks that one can make. Today we focus on beef lettuce wraps.

Make sure to acquire minced beef from your trusted butcher. Next head over to a grocery and grab fresh, firm lettuce alongside the ingredients needed such as chili, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, olive oil, and salt.

In a hot pan add a splash of olive oil or 2 tablespoons, accompanied by the minced beef.

Make sure the minced beef is properly fried and caramelized, exhibiting a brownish color. Drain the beef of excess oil and put the pan back on the heat.

Next fry up the chilies, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. Once done re-introduce the beef once again stirring the mixture for a final time, don't forget to add spring onions that will enhance the freshness of this dish as well as a dash of lemon for a citrusy taste.

Plate the beef alongside the lettuce and let it cool while you make the seasoning.

Fill a small bowl halfway with soy sauce, and follow it up with a dash of olive oil and a sprinkle of chilies. Add thinly chopped coriander to the sauce, and taste for seasoning.

Place your minced beef in the lettuce wrap and enjoy the crunchy, savory, and meaty flavors of this dish.

Mind you lettuce wraps can be made with any lean protein of choices such as chicken and goat meat.

Vegetarian options can incorporate tofu, chickpea, falafel(deep-fried balls or patties made from chickpeas or beans), zucchini, and mushrooms.
