Here's how to make pilau masala from the comfort of your home;

Ingredients

  • Cinnamon sticks

  • Cardamom pods

  • Cumin seeds

  • Black peppercorn seeds

  • Whole Cloves

  • Nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Put all the ingredients in a pan.

Roast the spices under low heat.

Step 3

Use a wooden stick to stir continuously so that the spices do not burn.

Continue stirring until they become fragrant.

Take them out from the heat.
