The recipe is very easy and your food will be ready to eat in less than 30 mins.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Potatoes large, peeled and cut into thin wedges- 1.5 cups
  • 2 cups of French beans chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder/ garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Cut your French beans into the desired size. Then heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Step 3

Put the potatoes in first and stir fry for 7 minutes before adding the French beans on low flame.

Step 4

Mix well, then add spice powders and salt. Saute well until the beans are well cooked.

Enjoy with friends and family.
