- 1 lb (450g) sausage meat (mild or spicy), chopped
- 4 servings of pasta, desired
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and roughly chopped
- 7 tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 handful of fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Step 1
Prepare the pasta by boiling then set it aside.

While the pasta is cooking, sauté the sausage meat then add the garlic and a drizzle of vegetable oil.
Cook until fragrant and the sausage meat is no longer pink.
