- 1 thorn melon; remove the flesh.
- ½ of grated ginger
- 1 Banana
- 3 tablespoons of honey (Optional)
- 1 red apple
- 50g of natural yogurt (Optional)

If you are allergic to dairy, you can use soy, almond or coconut milk.
