  • Cheese (which you can omit to make this recipe dairy-free)

Step 1

Dry the small cubed potatoes with a kitchen towel and add an adequate amount of salt

Put the cubes in a frying pan with well-heated cooking fat and regulate the amount of heat

Deep fry the cubes for about 15 minutes
