Frittata is a traditional Italian egg-based dish, similar to a French omelette, or scrambled eggs.
The word frittata can simply be translated in English as ‘’fried’’

INGREDIENTS
- Small cubed potatoes of preferred amount
- Eggs
- Cheese (which you can omit to make this recipe dairy-free)
- Salt
Procedure
Step 1
Dry the small cubed potatoes with a kitchen towel and add an adequate amount of salt
Step 2
Put the cubes in a frying pan with well-heated cooking fat and regulate the amount of heat
Step 3
Deep fry the cubes for about 15 minutes
Step 4
Remove the excess cooking oil from the pan
Step 5
Cook for a few seconds then add your eggs inside with medium heat
Step 6
Cook for about 5 minutes to ensure the egg is well cooked
Step 7
Put it on a plate grate cheese and add as toppings
Step 8
Slice the frittata like a pie for serving.it can be served with bread or vegetable salad
