Kenyan comedian and content creator Crazy Kennar was overwhelmed with emotions while mourning the death of his son.

Kennar revealed that his son passed away four days ago during his sold-out #HappyCountry show at KICC.

“Unfortunately my son died four days ago. So it’s been a very tough journey for me because we had to go through that and at the same time make the show.

"So my word as a happy Citizen is that, whenever you see somebody walking and smiling, just go and ask him/her if he/she is okay or not. Let’s be our brother's keepers, our sister's keepers. Let’s love one another and welcome to the happy country,” Crazy Kennar said in part.

The emotional revelation came in the aftermath of the joyous celebration that Crazy Kennar had organized for his fans who showed up in numbers.

The loss of his son occurred during the very time he was heavily involved in preparing and coordinating the first-ever Stand-up comedy show.

Kennar's show was a huge success as it was graced by his fans from different parts of the country and celebrities among them Abel Mutua, Njugush, Butita, Phil Karanja, Awinja, Judy Nyawira, The WaJesus, Terence Creative, Milly Chebby, Lit Boy among others.
