Nigerian vocal sensation Oxlade is back with a new banger dubbed 'Ovami'.
To make sure he gives his fans the best, Oxlande has teamed up with Afro beats heavyweight, Flavour, to produce this mad jam.
Ovami, which is a loose translation of 'Over Me'' is produced by hit record producers Magic Sticks.
This beautiful song talks of a love that has taken over him.
When unpacking the creation of this masterpiece, Oxlade said the song was inspired by a failed love.
“This is a record about reassurance, it was triggered by a failed love I had hoped on. Working with the very talented Flavour was such an honor, this is such a beautiful song”.
Oxlade has been dominating the charts and world stages with an array of all-star collaborations!
He performed alongside Usher at the global citizen festival in Ghana.
His mega-hit "KU LO SA" has been certified double platinum in Switzerland, and platinum in Canada, France, and Germany, just to name a few.
Complex named this record #5 on the top song of 2022, whilst Rolling Stone named it #2 best Afro pop song of 2022.
It doesn’t stop there, Oxlade was also named the first Pandora Africa's next artist in July 2022!
