Rice cakes are snacks made from puffed rice pressed together to form a circular cake.
Rice cakes have no nutritional value, but they have very few calories and can be eaten as a snack.
Experts recommend having rice cakes made from brown rice since they are healthier.
I go for the salt-free version because I like to add my own toppings, which are sometimes sweet and other times salty.

Option 1
Rice cake, with peanut butter, spread topped with chopped bananas and chia seeds.
Option 2
Rice cake, with diced avocado sprinkled with sea salt and black pepper.

Rice cake, with honey, spread topped with strawberries and blueberries.

Mix ½ cup of tuna with 1 tablespoon of mayo. Add a leaf of lettuce on top for some greens and spread it on your rice cake. Sprinkle some sea salt to taste.
