Ingredients
- 1 cup White rice
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a pot over medium heat then warm the coconut oil then add the rice. Toast the rice for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in the water, coconut milk, turmeric and salt to taste.
Step 3
Cook for 15-20 minutes then enjoy with your favorite curry stew.
