Ingredients
- Cooking oil (canola oil)
- Popcorn kernels
- Brown sugar
- ½ Tsp. Chilli pepper
- ½ Tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together all the spices.
Step 2
In a cooking pot, add oil and 2 kernels and turn the heat to medium.
Step 3
Once the kernels pop, add in the rest of the kernels and cover immediately. Once they begin popping, lower the heat or turn off.
Step 4
Remove from heat and let them cool for 10 - 20 minutes, before serving.
