In Summary

•Segregation has continued to hinder us from developing socially, economically and politically as a world.

•We cannot work alone to bring great change and multiplication, it requires unity and diversity.

Unity in diversity.

Across the world, the issue of segregation concerning race, culture, religion, social classes, ethnicity and gender has been there for a long time.

This has continued to hinder us from developing socially, economically and politically as a world.

Racila discrimination is still rife and very pervasive where nowadays the world belongs to two classes, the whites and the blacks, and this is just an ideology embedded in people’s minds.

There have been many cases where the blacks have been discriminated against due to their colour and you might find a white person referring to a black person as a “monkey” which is demoralizing.

The blacks have been segregated even in school and most students suffer a lot at the hands of such inhumane people who even bully them due to their skin pigment.

There has been the case of racism in workplaces. For example in Kenya, the blacks working under Chinese supervision during the road construction receive harsh treatment from them that forces them to quit their jobs.

Social classes should also be tamed because the world is slowly dividing into the poor and the rich

Religious difference is another issue of concern.

There are some 4,300 religions in the world according to Adherents, an independent, non-religiously affiliated organisation that monitors the number and size of the world’s religions.

This brings a lot of commotion as each religion considers itself right and better than others.

However, we should embrace and respect each religion.

Social classes should also be tamed because the world is slowly dividing into the poor and the rich.

We must learn to live in unity as brothers and sisters.

Ethnicity and cultural difference also has become a varying aspect among humans where certain people consider their tribe and culture better than the other and continually downplay others.

In as much we want to seal the tribal gaps we will not succeed unless we uphold unity in diversity, embrace and respect our difference.

We cannot work alone to bring great change and multiplication, it requires unity and diversity because we all belong to one human race existing in one big global society.
