Namibia is mourning the death of President Hage G. Geingob who passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2024, at Lady Pohamba Hospital.
The 82-year-old leader, surrounded by his wife, Madame Monica Geingos, and children, succumbed to his battle with cancer at approximately 12:04 am.
Geingob is the latest of about ten African Presidents who died while in office.
